Technical Skills

We have been providing technical support to hosting companies now for over 6 years. In the process, the greatest skill we have acquired is "experience". Experience, that accrues from working with companies with client base ranging from over 3, 50,000 domains to those who have just signed up their first client.

Our techs are carefully selected from our own IT Schools. We handpick the best engineers from a pool of technically qualified people undergoing training at one of our IT schools. Most of these people are either RHCE or MCSE certified. These techs then undergo extensive training in our offices to help them relate their technical skills to the hosting industry and its challenges. We take them through comprehensive Control Panel training and create Control Panel based specialists.

As a rule, we maintain separate teams of experts for Windows and Unix/Linux flavors but we also have techs who have good exposure of both these Operating system families.

At 24x7hostingsupport.com we believe, that learning is a continuous process and therefore we schedule re-training programs for all our techs throughout the year. A dedicated Training Manager takes care of all such trainings in-house.
