Under this plan we offer you specific time period support, for instance your night or non-office hours when our people take over and answer the requests that come in on the support board or live chat.This plan is extremely flexible and can include a mix of all our other plans. So you can have either dedicated personnel working for you 1 or 2 shifts a day or even have shared personnel teams providing support.
